                   The Tragedy of Hamlet
At the beginning of the contest, Hamlet, with better skill, beat Laertes easily at the first round. The king could not wait any longer and handed the glass of poisonous wine to Hamlet and suggested he drink it. Hamlet smiled and said, "Put it aside. Let me win this round first." The contest continued. Both of them fought fiercely. Hamlet stabbed Laertes again. The queen was very happy. She called Hamlet to come to her during break, and let Hamlet use her handkerchief to dry his sweating crown. In order to celebrate her son's victory, she brought the glass of poisonous wine which Claudius had prepared for Hamlet, and drank it in celebration.
Laertes saw that the queen drank the poisoned wine. He knew that the queen would soon die. He knew that he must stab Hamlet as soon as possible. Otherwise, the prince would discover their scheme. After a break, the contest continued. Laertes attacked with all his energy. They were fighting under the rules of competition. But Laertes broke the rules attacking Hamlet and stabbed him. Hamlet was angry because Laertes had broken the rules of attack. He strongly beat Laertes' sharp sword to the ground. Picking up the sword with poison from the ground, he then stabbed Laertes. Laertes was hurt, too. Hamlet was ready to continue the competition when he saw the queen fall.
